Classic Blues Show!  Featuring internationally renowned blues recording artists: Diana Braithwaite and Chris Whiteley with ace piano player, two time British Blues Award winner –Bob Hall. 8 time national blues award winners Braithwaite and Whiteley’s album DeltaPhonic recently reached #1 on XM satellite radio, B.B. Kings Bluesville. 

America’s Blues Revue Magazine called them “Masters of Old School Blues”. Winner of Chicago’s African-American Women in the Arts Award, Diana Braithwaite’s authentic sound led her into the company of stalwarts Mel Brown, Albert Collins, and John Lee Hooker. Kansas born multi-instrumentalist, Chris Whiteley, appeared on Saturday Night Live and toured and recorded with Blind John Davis, SonnyLand Slim and Leon Redbone. Appearing in New York City August 2011.  "Authentic Red Hot Blues!!"

Duke Robillard - Rhode Island

After playing in various bands and working for Guild guitars, he co-founded Roomful of Blues with pianist Al Copley in 1967. He has also been a member of the The Fabulous Thunderbirds which included Kim Wilson, replacing Jimmie Vaughan. Also experienced in Jazz, Swing, Rock and Roll and modern electric blues forms, Robillard is generally regarded as a guitar player keeping the blues..

Michael "Iron man" Burks - Milwaukee

Guitarist/vocalist/songwriter Michael “Iron Man” Burks stands tall as a major contemporary blues figure. With a nickname earned by his hours-long, intensely physical performances, fearsome guitar attack, tough, smoky vocals and the thousands of miles logged behind the wheel of his touring van, Burks is a modern blues hero.

The Main Stage will be held in the Marquee which will be located at the new car park opposite Monaghan Shopping Centre - also known as "Dan McNally’s yard"
The Marquee opens at 9.30pm each night.  A band from the blues trail will entertain you at the bar area until the first main act comes on stage at 11:30pm.
